Scott and Tina are lifesavers. Saturday, a window on the second floor of my house worked itself loose. It was hanging by one hinge out in the open with a strong wind blowing, creating a hazard if it fell.. I called them; they were able to come over almost immediately. They secured the window, covered it with plywood and tarp until it can be replaced. They also clean my house and do a fantastic job.

I recently had an odor in my house that I could not quite place. I texted Scott at TLC on a Sunday and he came out to my house that same day within a couple of hours. He was able to assess that I had a plumbing problem and referred me to a plumber that was able to fix the problem. He also explained a few things and gave good advice regarding the direction to take to improve my house. Very thankful for their help, promptness, and pointing me in the right direction.

They replaced our old kitchen faucet and we couldn’t be more pleased. We had an old one that leaked and they offered to replace. We were given choices for the new faucet and they checked in at every step. They also put vinyl under the sink. We love having them looking out for us!
